Throughout her professional career, Karolina held the position of Global Director of Marketing and PR for a leading catamaran and superyacht brand. She was responsible for developing and implementing strategies in European, Middle Eastern, US, Asian, and Pacific markets.

Karolina also specializes in partnership and cross-marketing collaboration with brand ambassadors and luxury brands. She is renowned for her exceptional networking skills, effortlessly forging valuable connections within the industry. Her ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and ndustry professionals is highly regarded and contributes to the success of Luxury Consulting Group.

Karolina obtained her education, including an MBA, from the University of Monaco, a Post Master Degree in Luxury Goods Management at Warsaw School of Economics, and a Business Marketing Management degree at Wroclaw University of Technology. Since 2023, Karolina is the General Secretary at the Polish Chamber of Marine Industry and Water Sports. In this role, she actively contributes to the evelopment and promotion of the marine industry in Poland and abroad.
